But the majority of cases that are frivolous are seen as such and get thrown out. And I think the few that aren't are worth it to live in a place where I can ski and know that the equipment will be in good condition, and dangerous areas will be fenced off. Claiming you're proud to be "white" or "European" is frowned upon, so people get specific. Some Americans care about their family's heritage. So what. Move on. The fact this gets under this site's skin so much is proof that people are digging deep for reasons not to like America.
